These disclosures are, however, necessary to our operation of the Loyalty Program and your receipt of discounts and other rewards as a voluntary Loyalty Program participant and user of our App. Thus, to exercise your opt-out right under Virginia law, you must (i) delete the App from your device; and (ii) withdraw your participation in the Loyalty Program by sending an email requesting to withdraw to customerservice@familyfarecstores.com.
